For warranty service, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase or we do keep records using registered phone number during purchase.
We will assess the issue and either repair or replace the item as deemed appropriate.

SHIPPING FOR OUT OF KUALA LUMPUR CUSTOMER

We will cover the cost of reshipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.

All shipping charges, both to us and back to you, are the customer’s responsibility.
