At HIAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your stainless steel jewelry, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

RETURN POLICY

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The jewelry must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase or registered phone number during purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

You may choose a different style or size, subject to availability.

PROCEDURE

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team for instructions.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

PLEASE NOTE

Personalized or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
